ME ISH BACK!
hallo hallo!
just got back from the oh-so-fabulous hong kong
with too much clothings in my luggages, too little cash in my purse and 10 pounds of extra fats around my butt & thighs
hong kong is indeed a shopping heaven
HANDS DOWN!
now i feel that shopping is way TOOOOOOOOOOO expensive here in malaysia
what the heck!
in HK, everything was easily less than RM100 and all the sales are CRAZEEEEEEEEEE!
for brands that range from Cotton On to Polo to Burberry
prices of goods are slashed and slashed till i feel like crying. i kid you not!
i felt like i bought too much so i had to cut out on alot of temptations on the very last day
i'm talking about 4 pairs of shoes (incredibly sadly, i didn't manage to buy my Vans this time), 3 jackets/blazers, 5 pairs of jeans and god knows how many piece of shirts, dresses, skirts, shorts and what-nots
however, think about it this way.... all these are for ONE WHOLE YEAR ahead okay?!
now i feel like i bought too little

more on the trip later
need to finish my "Eclipse" which i found in a tiny bookshop in HK
there was one copy left *phew*
apparently HK people are not very fond of reading, don't they?!
it was so fucking difficult to spot a book shop can?!!

smells like chlorine
just came back from an incredibly short trip to Melaka with my high school buddies, doing all the tourissy stuffs you can name from tourism booklets/ catalogues
there were 9 of us: 3 pairs of couples (zin + lai hui, pow + zheng yi, yun chuan + liow) and 3 singles
who else~ the 3 singles are me, xinli and ellie
we have been single for so long and we are so close that, people are wondering if we are the lesbians trio
ish
on top of that, we are definitely overdosed on lovey-dovey-ness of couples in love~
BUT!
it wasn't awkward =]
it was incredibly fun because of the company and i love the foooooooooooood!
it's so obvious that i've been putting on weight since i came back
*sigh*
despite my determination to stay healthy
*double sigh*
will blog in details if i manage to wake up a bit earlier tomorrow
leaving for hong kong soon-ish!

and i'm thrilled with happy tears
i was expecting a Fail and praying for a lucky Passed
who would have thought that they came out SO MUCH better than i'd expected
i guess that would have justified my purchase of my CC anyway wtf
(=_=)
needless to say, my grades are enough for me to apply for overseas exchange =]

Girls' Days & Nights Out: CLUBBING
i got back from our semesterly sleepover at the jesses' place in KL
the usual, me & xinli & ellie took ktm down and stay with jesslyn and jessmine for 3 days
it has become our tradition =D
had so much fun and too much laugh
i will post pictures and blog bout it soon-ish

as usual, we went clubbing.... all girls =]
this time we ended up going to the highly anticipated and recommended, one and only non-smoking club in Malaysia, EUPHORIA (M.O.S.)
and you know what....
i so have to rant on this!!!!!!!!!!!!
despite all the positive reviews and hype i read about in the cyber space.....
i find the clubbing experience there to be the WORST EVERRRR~~~~~~
no offence people... solely my own opinion kay?
why? you may ask. here are the reasons:

- when we reached there at 12am+, we were denied entry into the club because the club is full (???!!!!). then, there was this long Q of people outside waiting to get in, mostly guys and they were not very... "fresh" by my standards (eg., in mid 30s, not well dressed etc.). So, we went over to the other club nearby for awhile and tried our luck again at 2am, unwillingly the door person let us in.
- there was this REALLY HIGH AND LONG SPIRAL STAIRCASE at the entrance/exit of the club. HELLO??!!! girls have to climb all the way up in heels okay??!!! and after whole night of dancing and drinking, people may not even be able to walk a straight line let alone climbing down a spiral staircase??!!! insanity.
- okay fine, as we got in... the place is NEAR PICTH BLACK! i know it's supposed to be dark in clubs yada yada.. but the place is too fucking dark la please! so dark, we couldn't find our way to the dance floor or even check out the guys around us!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRR!
- don't get me started on the music they played that night... ARGH! OMFG!!!! so disappointed okay??!! no rihanna, no akon, no JT, no katy perry, no the song "...ayer ayer ayer", no womanizer, no PCD, no LADY GAGA!!! we even practiced the dance in the video "Pokerface" before we went wtf. oh oh, guess what they played?!!! "Wonderwall" by Oasis. WTF?! and some old shit songs sang by bands.... songs we couldn't even dance to!!!!!! SAD SAD SAD!
- LAST BUT NO LEAST!!!! since the strong smoking smell is gone, what was left??!!! i tell you! maciam maciam smell except for cigarette smoke smell lor! sweat smell, ketiak smell (underarms), clothes-not-dried-enough smell, shoes smell (EWWWW!), uncle smell, indian smell, malay smell, chinese la-la smell, cheap cologne smell.... VERY unpleasant i tell you. we were there at the dance floor for like... 15 mins? and we had to leave because the smell was seriously unbearable
