Mornington Trip: chickens... goats... and kids...

i just came back from Mornington yesterday, i wanted to post the pictures up so badly but i was tooooo tired
i fell asleep with my laptop on my lap

although it was just a short two days one night camp, i felt that we had done quite abit
i'm glad i went instead of chickened out

we went to Shine Farmyard for the animals..
we went to Ellisfield Farm for pears, apples and oranges...
we went to Cape Schanck Light Station for breath taking views and the light house...
we went to the beach for beautiful sunset...
we stayed a night at BayPlay accommodation...
we had bbq in the chilly night while eating in front of a camp fire...
we played "Murder in the dark" in the middle of the night...
i shared a bunk bed with Val while we chatted til we fell asleep...
we left for Montalto Vineyard for wine tasting...
we plucked fresh strawberries off the stems at the Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm...
we got lost in the "Maize Maze" at the Enchanted Maze...
we took a big group picture before we headed back to melbourne

it was all really fun =]

we traveled by cars and there was a total of 7 cars!
i really enjoy the journey compared to traveling by bus... it felt that you have more freedom and time


despite the fact that i was being sandwiched between two big dudes the whole time and we had to constantly put on the seat belts! ANNOYING!
i looked tiny in the picture.... bwahahahaha

there were plenty of goats, chickens, dogs, ducks, geese, kangaroos, emus, llamas, horse and many more... and u get to touch them however u like... kisss.. hug... stroke... pinch...

a million thank yous to jess and janet who informed us bout it yesterday!

janet called us yesterday night and said there's an abandoned tv in her car park which has a note that says "I'm still working, take me home" sign stuck on it
without any delay, me and irina went to borrow a trolley from Aldi and transported the tv home all the way from janet's place this morning!

it's not fun can?!
pushing and pulling the trolley crossing the bumpy roads!
luckily, irina called her brother, Dan to help us carry the trolley up our apartment =]


but it's all worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now, our living room looks so complete!
besides, the tv fits so well on our tiny tv table!!!

we had pancake + ice-cream in the middle of the night...
we danced and sang....
we laughed and we talked....
so happy =]


the only thing i wanna complain is...
i had to sleep without pillow!

me and Irina went all health conscious yesterday
both of us spent more than an hour in the gym in Shan's apartment block!
